Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To E Coli Urinary Infection

Hi, im having e coli urinary infection, and im in a bad pain. The thing is im away from home, im in China, its 4 am in the morning so i cant get any antibiotics or medications... Can you please tell me what to do, cant sleep, pains is killing me and my resources are very limited... Thanks J

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Right now in urgency you should take some pain killer drugs like ibuprofen or paracetamol. Drink plenty of water.
