Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Knee Cap After A Fall
Hello, today while walking back to my car in a parking lot I tripped over a dent in the pavement and landed on my right knee. My knee hurts if I bend it, I don t think it is fractured, and my knee cap hurts whenever it comes in contact with something (even my jeans).
I have studied your case and I think you might have injured your knee cap.I would recommend you x ray of the knee joint to confirm if there is any hairline fracture in the knee cap. Even if there is no fracture, it will be better to apply a splint to affected side along with compression bandage. You need to do bed rest and avoid putting load on affected side.Take Brufen tablet one daily. I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions. Thanks.
