Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Mid Back Moving To Stomach

Hi, my pain starts in the mid area of my back moving to my stomack. Contestants causing sever Paine, swell as earge to go, no instant muscle/pain reliever, instead I actually have to stick my fingers down my through gaging myself. Literally for several minutes to relieve myself of the pain, one day 3 times. Next maybe 1 or none. Then again 1 or 2 or so on. Well come to HCM
This could be due to some functional condition and may not be due to any disease, and this is nothing to worry, try to bring down the stress then this would be alright soon, such pain is highly related with some functional condition and may not need any analgesic or say painkiller, this would come around as soon as you keep the stress away, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
