Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Penis In An Elderly Person

I have experienced sharp pain on my penis skin about 1/2 inch below the head on the upper side. It started right after sex about 6 weeks ago and won't go away. There is a constant dull ache in the penis in addition to the pain in the one small area. The ache gets much worse during and after an erection. I have not had sex in 3 weeks. I am 64.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Pain in the penis what you are experiencing could be due to sprain in the muscles of penis or due to over stretching and inflammation of skin during sexual activity.
Kindly wash the area with warm water along with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily. After drying, apply Soframycin skin cream to the skin. You can apply moisturizer lotion during bedtime to soothen the skin.
Take analgesic tablet Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination twice daily after food till pain subsides.
Do not regain sexual activities till the pain subsides completely.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
What pain you are experiencing in the penis could be due to sprain in the soft tissue of your penis during sexual activity.
Apply cold pack over it twice daily for 15 to 20 minutes. Take antiinflammatory-analgesic medication Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination twice daily after food.
Gradually you should start finding it better.
Do not indulge in sexual activities till the pain subsides completely.
