Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Testicles And Abdomen

I've been to a urologist and we covered everything. Prostate exam, xrays, and ultra sound... diagnosis unsure, so doc gave me a month of antibiotics 3 months. I finished the meds but here I am again with the same pain in testicles and abdomen. Ouch! Pain maybe 7, testicles feel heavy... please help.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history and understood the concerns.
You have already seen the urologist and undergone all the necessary tests, prostate, X-rays, ultrasound yet the diagnosis was unsure.
So the Urologist gave you a long courses of antibiotics but the pain is here again 7 on a scale of 10.
The pain in the testicles and abdomen with feeling of heaviness indicate that there may be either a local problem which can be diagnosed by MRI of the scrotum.
If there is a doubt, there is always a chance to take a second opinion of another Urologist or a senior General Surgeon.
Scrotal support to elevate off the weight is also needed.

Hi
I have gone through your complaints.
Severe pain in testicles and abdomen commonly due to renal calculus . Rarely may be seen in torsion of testes & varicocele.as you are already investigated with Xray & Ultrasound and not sure of diagnosis , please review the scan.for pain take a pain killer like tab combiflam/ spasmoproxyvon.advised to take plenty of fluids.
