Severe pain in the upper abdomen and dark stools ( also called as Malena) are indicative of the Gastric ulcer or cancer in the first thought.
I is good that you have taken 2 Pantop-D 40 mg and
1 Buscopan and some injection.
But since the medical field needs needs evidence, it is imperative to undergo the following investigations:
Upper GI Endoscopy
Colonoscopy
Ultrasonography
Tests of blood-Blood-group, CBC, hemoglobin to watch for anemia, Liver and kidney functions
Test of urine and stool-occult blood and the routine tests.

The further treatment will be according to the reports and be ready to get admitted if required.

With a history of abdominal pain with malena, I would refer you to a gastro enterologist for an endoscopic evaluation of your gastrointestinal tract to rule out any recurrence of the problem which caused the malena last time. Till then, I would advise you to avoid any kind of spicy food, alcohol and smoking if you do, and continue with pantoprazole and an antacid gel.
