Hi

I had gone through your query.

Sweating or autonomic hyperactivity can be due to citalopram.

If she is 48 kg then 10 mg is advisable to counter anxiety. If your doctor reduced it to 10 mg then continue to take 1o mg.
Give her water as much as possible.
Monitoring of blood pressure and other cardio vascular parameters are also advisable.

I prefer in my practice sertraline 25 mg in old age patient.
Take regular follow up and advise.

Psychological and social support is must.

I hope i have answered your query.
Thank you.
