Hello doc.I am suffering from vertigo and acute sinusitis.from past 3 weeks I am taking antibiotics to reduce.2 months back I suffered with Viral fever heavy antibiotics injection r given to me.present I am weak n unable to do thinks like before (Activities).plz help me to get rid of my problems.I also have high bp
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe vertigo and acute sinusitis which seems to be due to middle ear infection , labyrinthitis. anxiety and medication reaction side-effect.
Need not to worry.I would suggest you to
- Maintain complete hygiene of ear canal and oral cavity.
- Do Warm saline gargles.
- Avoid sudden neck movements, avoid jerks, avoid bending forward and take sufficient rest.
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI scan of ear and cervical column. Avoid touching or picking ear. Vestibular rehabilitation can also be advised.
