Suggest Remedy For Sexual Health Problem

Respected Sir, Namaskar.I am an Indian reside in Pune.I am 47 yrs.I have developed impotence for last 3/4 yrs.I have high BP for which I take Amlokind-L one tab daily at the bed time.I have also diabetes type-2 for last 3 yrs for whicg i take glycomet-GP2 and vobase 0.2 tabs one each daily before and after meals respectively.My BP is now 130/90mg most the times and some times 120/85/80mg.My wife is 41+ and very active sexually.I face problem during sex for my above problem and more or less zero interested.My doctor prescribed Penegra Express but I fear to take for its side effects.I am also obsess.Height 167cm/89kgs.Pl advice.With due regards.( YYYY@YYYY )

Dear User,Thanks for using health care magic.
I can understand your situation that having problem in sex and while wife is quite active is distressing. Yes it is right decision that you did not take penagra. Sildenafil preferably should be avoided in person with hypertension and diabetes. Good alternative is tadalafil 10 to 20 mg. One another molecule containing methylfolate plus phosphodiesterase inhibitor (tetrafol puls market by sun pharma) has been showing good response in some of my patients with diabetes and erectile dysfunction. This one is a type of vitamin and not causing side effects and taken to be two times after meal for at least 2 months for good response.
You can consult psychiatrist in PUNE and discuss with above options and take the treatment under medical supervision.
