Hi, I'm from Mumbai,India. I am currently turning 21, and I've had sex with my partner in th past who I recently found out was sexually active with other women including strippers. I want to know if I consult a physican will this information be disclosed to my parents? Also what test should i be asking for? and what are some clinics in Mumbai that perform these tests?

this information is confidential and without your permission no one disclose it so not to worry about it and unprotected sex may lead to STD infection so go for STD test and consult physician.
test for HIV infection also herpes , gonorrhea, etc.
also do complete blood examination.
