Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Here you are having fibroadenoma , it is benign tumour and no aggressive treatment needed .... Clinical follow up done .. Usually it is painless. ... But sometime it can be painful .. Simplty get your breast area examined by surgeon ..If inflammation present than ibuprofen given .... Breast palpation done for any abnormal area if present .... You can repeat biopsy if any suspicious change in fibroadenoma ... If size seems increased than excision needed .... Hope your concern solved ... Take care ...
