Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
Severe pain in scrotum after lifting heavy objects and lump on Rt scrotum could be either due to Epididymitis or Inguinal Hernia which can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and get following basic
tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.

In the mean while you can take pain killers like Brufen twice daily

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
