for a month now I have been having shoulder, neck pain. Now it travels from my shoulder, to my neck, to the back of my head (back and forward) .No medicine works, not even pain medicine that doctor prescribed. I have had neck and shoulder x-ray. It shows very little arthritis. Now I m going to therapy , but its not working. Can you help me. Thank you.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Since your x ray is showing arthritic changes, cause for your pain in musculoskeletal only, mostly due to low calcium.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
5. Start shoulder and neck physiotherapy.
6. Start vitamin D3 and calcium supplements.
