General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

I appreciate your concern for the side effects of Pylera.
You must stop taking Pylera and consult your treating doctor for an effective alternate but a safer medication for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection.
Pylera (Colloidal Bismuth Subcitrate, Metronidazole, & Tetracycline) is an effective medicine for the eradication of H pylori infection.

It seems you have developed adverse effects due to the combined antibiotics that it contains.

Kindly consult your treating physician for a safer but effective medication for the eradication of H.pylori.

Best regards.
