Hello, I am sorry you re suffering from chronic sarcoid (sarcoidosis). This is a disease when inflammatory cells are abnormally collected in a type of mass called granulomata. Most commonly found in lungs or skin, but it can occur in any part of our body. There are four stages of the disease, depending on which we can suggest appropriate treatment. You ve been prescribed steroid Wysolone, reduced sleep is a possible side effect. To me, should take herbal medication for sleep containing aloe vera, valerianna, and melatonin.
