I am suffring from Sinus problem since 20 years and my condition get worst in Rainy and cold session.
pls. advise what could be done in my case.

hello, thanks for your query,diabetic, hypertensive with sinus problem since 2o yrs could be a fungal sinusitis or simple bacterial. it can be known by ct pns.it also shows any anatomical abnormalities blocking ur normal sinus openings. kindly evaluate with ct and ent surgeon for farther evaluation and treatment. all the best. take care.
