Suggest Remedy For Sinus Problem
I think i have sinus problem... if i drink or eat anything cold, i immediately catch cold mainly running nose and with really bad headache... and back of the neck pains a lot..... if i drink too much normal water before sleep... the next day it comes out thru my nose thru continous sneezing 20 times at once non-stop along with the above symptoms...i am avoiding cold stuffs but still once a week i get a real bad day.... Please suggest me what to do...

Hi, you have Alliguc sinusitis features.
it require proper De sensitization measures.
avoid cold good including water.
Take Montelukast with fexofenadine combination at night. if it alone fails in combination with Oral steroids and steroid Nasal sprays helpful. Dr sensitization Dr to Dr varies. you meet your ENT Dr.
