I ve been living in Mexico (the Yucatan). A few months ago I noticed some sort of bug bite, it had two holes in close proximity to one another. A few weeks later, under my chin, my ankles and wrists became very swollen. The doctor gave me circulation meds, but I think the swelling subsided with time. But ever since, my left leg has had these bumpy bruises that do not go away. Christine
hi, thank you for asking on HCM. as per your history, you have urticarial rash. my treatment advise would be: 1. take tab levocetrizine twice a day for itching. 2. also, you may take tab ranitidine 150 mg twice a day before food. 3. you may apply topical corticosteroids like Mometasone furoate(0.1%) cream twice a day over the lesions. and calamine lotion for soothing effect. 4. also, you may take tab albendazole 400 mg one tablet stat dose . consult a dermatologist nearby. wishing you good health. thank you
