Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In inflammatory bowel disease patients are more prone to develop pyoderma gangrenosum, psoriasis or sinus formation, etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what the lesions are.

You need to control the flare of disease. Please consult your Gastroenterologist/dermatologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
