Suggest Remedy For Skin Problem After Burning Finger

i burnt my finger a few months ago really bad it left a blister and when it popped it lrft basically a hole it took a long time to heal but it healed into a painful fleshy lump, is it something that i should be worried about? I also have psoriasis i wasn t sure if that may have something to do with it because the skin on the lump also usual very dry and flaky.

Hi.
As per your case history you have developed psoriasis lesion on burnt skin.
It is called as koebner phenomenon.
My treatment advice is-
1. Don't scratch the lesion and avoid trauma.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily.
3. Apply a potent steroid plus salicylic acid cream like Clovate-Sl twice daily on affected skin.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
