Suggest Remedy For Skin Problem In Scrotum

hii,i m having hard scrotum skin and 2-3 black patches (itching and patches majorly on right side)and i have been applying fourderm since 2 days along with levo cetrigen,,plzz suggest what else should i do..?earlier also(2 years back) i had n it was more worse last time.

Hello,

As per your case history your child is having either atopic eczema or pityriasis alba. Both the conditions may be increased by fever.

My treatment advice is:
1. Don't worry. It will be cured soon with proper care.
2. Use a mild glycerin soap like Dove or Pears. Avoid using antiseptic soaps or liquid like Dettol.
3. Apply a good emollient like Enmoist cream twice daily.
4. Other treatment options are topical mild steroid like hydrocortisone cream, oral antihistamines, and oral antibiotics.
