Suggest Remedy For Skin Tags Under Breasts And Abdomen

I have recently developed hundreds of little moles and some skin tags under my breasts and stomache the moles start as red dots the size of pin heads i am sixty white female and a complete hysterectomy over 20 years ago is there any prevention or removal short of cutting them off i have not had my stomach exposed to sunlight in over 35 years

Skin tag are skin manifestation of old age, diabetes, obesity and thyroid condition. There are no medical treatment for this. These tags have to be removed by procedure. TCA application, radiofrquency and electrocautry are simple, almost painless, and quick procedure to remove tags.
