General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Possibility of a paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnoea must be ruled out. Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. An echo test is required to rule out cardiac causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
