Hi ever since I have been taking montelukast because of asthma and I have been having really bad sleeping problems and I really need help because it s starting to interfere with my life style if it helps I have been taking these for about 4 months and ever since then these problems have happened

Dear friend, clarify what type of sleeping problem you are facing.Is it excessive/decreased/nightmares-what is it?By the way,Montelukast is an add on therapy for asthma,not an absolute therapy.So consult your physician if you can stop it and rely on Inhaler therapy which is more convenient and effective.
