Is sliding haitus hernia dangerous. i am confused with my health condition. please help me. it will be a great help
Hiatus hernia needs a surgery. But, till the time you go for surgery, the symptoms can be reduced by following steps: 1. continue pantoprazole DSR 2. Take small and frequent meals. Like you can divide your breakfast and two sittings and lunch and supper in 3 sittings. 3. Take water ahead of solid food with a gap of about 30 min. 4. Do not lie down just after meals. 5. Don't take meals which causes constipation. Show yourself to a surgeon. Now laparoscopic management is also available.
