Suggest Remedy For Slight Pain And Discomfort In Chest

Hi, this is Surendra From past few months, I am having a mild chest pain while eating, while sitting, while travelling. Initially i thought it is to do with cardio then i did ECG done which went fine. later i thought it could be acidity or something with food pipe so from last 15 days i m taking medicines for acidity. Despite all this, i still feel discomfort . could you please help?

As cardio workup is okay and acidity medicines are going on, as per my expertise, it seems most likely to be muscle ache with anxiety manifestation. In addition to acidity medicine, analgesic medicine, and relaxation techniques with yoga will recover the issue faster.
