I have several small white spots on my penis shaft and I am wondering if you can tell me if this could be due to a vitamin deficiency and if so which one and whatb foods I can eat to resolve the skin problem. The spots do not itch but are small and dome shaped - I enjoy an active sexual relationship with my girlfriend of 14 years.Thanks so much for your time and help Richard Jacob
