Suggest Remedy For Smell Disorder

Hi. I have been having a terrible smell in my nose for over a month. At first I thought it was something in my house but no one else smelled it. I went to the doctor and an ENT and was given antibiotics. It is better than it was but I am still experiencing it. What else could it be?

As per your complain terrible smell in nose can be due to a number of causes like foreign body in nasal cavity, sinusitis, nasal and sinus polyps,post nasal drip,atrophic rhinitis,snoring and rhinoscleroma..

I would suggest you to consult an ENT Expert and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI of sinuses, nasal endoscopy, nasal swab culture, blood investigations etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..

As of now you should continue taking antibiotics as well as do steam inhalations and saline nasal irrigation..

The exact course of treatment will be planned once the diagnosis will be confirmed..
