Suggest Remedy For Soft Lump In The Center Of Chest

Hi, I am a 21 year old male, this morning i woke up and found a soft lump in the centre of my chest from just above my abs to just below my pecks, around the size of a golf ball. It feels like a jelly like substance, it does not cause any discomfort, in fact it took a while to notice. It is very slightly sore when pressed but barely noticeable. I was wondering what it could be? Thanks Adam.

Hi adam...you got lump on the chest....mostly such lump which is painless, soft, and movable, not fixed to tge underlying tissues is usually lipoma...most of the time if its not enlarging in size and giving no pain then we leave it as such...sometime we remove it for cosmetic purpose...i dont know what your concerns are...thanks
