Suggest Remedy For Sore And Throbbing Hip, Elbow And Jaw After Falling
I tripped and fell down 2 steps landing on my right side - landing on my hip, right elbow and my jaw. I immediately put ice on it, but developed a goose egg size bump on the right side of my neck. It is sore and throbs. I have taken ibeprofen and have been sitting in a chair resting.

The symptoms seem to be related to the fall. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also recommend to ice the painful area and rest. If the pain continues,you should check with X-ray for fractures.
