Suggest Remedy For Sore & Dry Vagina

i recently had sex, and a few days after my vagina is red, dry, sore and a little itchy. and my clit hurts to touch too, and ive been finding a little white stuff around my clit. i keep going to the toilet alot too and my wee is quite yellow. i dont really want to go doctors as i have a fear of them so i was wondering if there was anything i could do, or buy over the counter.
