my mums eyes have become very sore over the past few weeks, she cannot wear make up as this seems to make it worse, she has tried different make up but they don't seem to be getting better, now her lips have swelled and they have become frayed around the edges?

it is allergy. first stop all makeup. take tab levocetrizine tablet 5mg daily. apply caladryllotion and cromal eye drop.
