hi i have a small oval shape sore on the inside on my mouth since yesterday, it is a tiny bit sore but not that bad, it seems to weep blood gently , its not sore when it bleeds bit not the less it is bleeding, the areas is not swollen any suggestion as to what it could be
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain a small oval shaped sore in mouth that is slightly sore and slightly oozes blood can be due to either eruption of an ulcer while it can also be due to any traumatic injury leading to Hematoma formation.. It does not seems to be anything serious and can be resolve on its own.. As of now you can take symptomatic treatment like applying a numbing gel containing Lignocaine to relieve pain and soreness.. You can also take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.. Do cool compresses over it.. You can also take a multivitamin tablet for 15 days.. Avoid spicy and hard foods to prevent its irritation. Drink plenty of cold water. In case if it still does not resolve in 4 to 5 days consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
