Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore spot on ear which seems to be due to seborrheic dermatitis. It could be due to allergic reaction, avascular cartilage and otitis externa. Sometimes it could be due to ear and lymph node infection. Need not to worry. You should avoid excessive exposure to sun. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get complete examination done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should take antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medications. Apply topical steroid cream on it. Apply petroleum jelly with the help of cotton. You can go for surgical removal of scar as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
