I ve tried a few home remedies in the evening to help but it hasn t gotten better and my throat tends to be quite tight in the morning. Any advice on how to get rid of it?
Is there history of fever? You did not mention your age. I would suggest you following things: > Take levocetirizine one at night for 5 days > Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect. > Take acetaminophen for pain & fever
AVOID: > Chilled water > Drinks > Spicy food
