I have a lot of excess saliva, and the feeling that I need to throw it up. I just keep producing so much it is super uncomfortable and I can t get the feeling to go away. I also have a bad sore throat, but barely any congestion. I ve tried sugarless gum, gargling salt water, gargling peroxide and water, but nothing does the trick.
As you are unable to swallow due to pain, you feel saliva production has increased. Treating your sore throat will help you. You need antibiotic , anti inflammatory with multivitamin course, maintain oral hygeine and hydration. Avoid cold and sour food will also help.
