Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Pain In Chest

I have a sore painful chest for last four hours I am tired and had a stressful morning at work but I ve no shortness of breath and I m sitting quite for last hour . I do have high blood pressure.and take medication .should I take extra as I only take 10mg daily.

No, don't take extra antihypertensive drug by your own. This may cause hypotension and other serious complications. So don't take extra antihypertensive drug.
In my opinion, we should rule out heart diseases first.
So get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart diseases.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Control of hypertension is needed.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But don't take drug by your own.
