Suggest Remedy For Soreness In The Tip Of The Penis

Hi I am a 54 year old male. About six weeks ago the tip of my penis became sore particularly after urinating not during. Additionally I have had an itch and sore bottom. I am now scared Given that my symptoms have not subsided and I have also developed more recently a very upset stomach that I may have contracted an STI albeit I have not engaged in unprotected sex with any party outside my partner. Any help appreciated

The itching can be due to fungal infection, local anti-fungals can help you. The soreness can be due to dry masturbation and due to syphilis. Take respective antibiotics.
