Suggest Remedy For Soreness,throbbing Sensation And Chocked Feeling In Throat

Hello, I was in a car accident 10 weeks ago and suffered moderate whiplash. Shortly after the accident I started to notice that my voice felt strained and would sometimes crack or become husky when I spoke. In the last 3 weeks or so that feeling has increased to a sensation which feels like someone has their hand wrapped around my throat. There is a throbbing sensation on either side of the front of my neck when this happens, along with difficulty swallowing. When I went to see a locum at my doctor s office, he suggested that it was anxiety related. He mentioned something about a bowl effect? I have had no examination as yet. What does it sound like to you?

the whiplash injury in a car accident with symptoms of husky voice and feeling of someone wrapping a hand around your neck need the following investigations ASAP.
-MRI of the neck to know the extent of the internal injury.
- Endoscopy of the Larynx and Pharynx to see the interior and the possible effects of the whiplash injury.

This will the proper diagnosis and the plan for the treatment.
