Suggest Remedy For Splotches In Arms & Hands
I have developed severe spotting on arms and hands since starting menest. I am fair skinned and not out in the sun much. I have a lot of brown spots. splotches on front of arms and hands, As a piano teacher this causes me stress. Any connection of menest? Any solution?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having freckles.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on dark spots.
3. Other treatment options are topical hydroquinone and chemical peeling done by dermatologist.
