I have 2 small grey spots that appeared on my arm last night. They are not painful. Can you please advise what They could be. I have no recollection of bruising myself or pinching my skin.
As per your query you have small spots appearing on the arms which is due to excessive production of sebum and clogging of skin pores as there is abundance of sebaceous glands. I would suggest you to wash arms daily with cold water and mild soap , After washing apply kojic acid cream twice which is safe for use and exfoliate your arms twice a week to remove the dead skin . Also cover your arms while in exposure to sun or use broad spectrum sunscreen and apply vitamin E oil at night . If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may recommend chemical peeling or laser therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
