Suggest Remedy For Spots On Penile Shaft

One day I woke up and saw small pale spots on my penile shaft. They are flat and not itchy. Also, on the back of penile shaft, there is pale pigmentation. And the whole shaft looks bit dry. I started noticing these, couple of months back and I did not have sexual encounters in the recent history. Any help regarding this will be a great help. Thank you

Sexologist 's  Response
Hi,

If it's not related to STI it can be due to
- Lichen planus
- non-infectious, inflammatory skin disorder, local steroid and antihistamines will help

Ingrown hair which is painful can leads to infection, needs medical management.

Pemphigus – its autoimmune disease can be diagnosed by blood investigation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
