Suggest Remedy For Stiff And Soar Neck
My 7 year old daughter woke up the other day with a very stiff and soar neck and teporary loss of vision. Over trhe last 5 months three out of 5 members of my family have had these symptoms though hers was the most servere. The stiff neck pain lasts up to a week though with me it has persited much longer.

I would suggest you not to use more than one pillow during sleep. When neck is flexed severe and sleep for hours you will have neck stiffness. Kindly try to do like this and your symptoms will be vanished.
