Suggest Remedy For Stiffness Of The Neck Caused By A Fall

I fell out of the shower about 2 weeks ago. I fell backwards & my rear hit the side of the tub. I had the rest of the impact on my left elbow and my right shoulder. Now I still have stiffness from the right side of my neck down toward my shoulder, & cracking sound when I turn my head a certain way. Why is this happening?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having muscular injury due to fall in neck and shoulder. You also feels cracking sound when you turn your neck, it is unlikely to be due fracture. It can be due to its rubbing of ligaments due to eodema of injuries. I think your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us . I will be happy to answer your query.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
