Suggest Remedy For Stinging Red Bumps On Neck And Red Patches On Chest

I recently have broken out with a few raised stinging red bumps on my neck and also have small red patches on my chest. I also recently got a paper-cut, and now it is healing but there is a blister like bump on my finger too wear its healing. What is causing this? The only medical problem that I have is Sjogren s Syndrome. Thank you for your help.

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be hypersensitive reaction, wait for some time this would come around on its own, if this does not improved then this can be treated with Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, your medical history has nothing to do, hope this information helps ( Comment:- Skin rash, allergic condition most of the time highly related with emotional stress, )
I find this answer helpful
