Suggest Remedy For Stomach Aches

I have had a bad stomach ache since Monday with very watery stools, Tuesday the watery stools went away but I get a stomach ache everytime I eat, I do not have diarrhea but my stools are soft (about 1-2 a day), I do not feel nauseous, please help I just want to feel normal!! N

Hi thanks for your query.

I can understand your concern.

You have simple stomatitis that is inflammation of mucosa or ulcer in stomach.It might be bacterial infection or simple viral stomach flu.

Take ofloxacin plus ornidazole combination drug like ozone o for 5 days.

Maintain hydration with more water and ORS.

Green leafy veg taken more

Fruits taken more

Take small diet with frequent interval

Avoid smoking and excess fatty and spicy food.

Avoid excess tea and coffee.

If still your symptoms increasing then stool examination done with USG of abdomen.
