At this point , the most probable cause of your stomach
acid reflux is the hiatal
hernia. This is a condition in which a portion of your stomach goes up into the thorax, due to dilated diaphragmatic hiatus . Thats why your symptoms get worse
when you eat or when you lie down , and also you feel full eventhough eating small portions.
So first ,you should keep eating small portions .
Second , you should not lie down imediately after eating.
Third , you should sleep on a half lie down position , in way your chest may be at 30 ° to the other part of the body.
Fourth, there may be usefull to use some medications which narrow the ezofageal diafragmatic hiatus , such as domperidon +PPI (omeprasol, peptazole,
esomeprazole...)
