Suggest Remedy For Stomach Cramps

my 4 yr daughter is having stomach cramps almost every 1 hour.. is being given Junior Lanzol 15 for last 4 days. earlier she had fever ranging between 99 to 102 on first two days accompanied with stomach cramps. she is being given cyclopam suspension 6 ml once a day since 2 days but the cramps still continue..
