Suggest Remedy For Stomach Gurgling And Twitching

Hi, I am 31 years old, 5'1" (approx) and weigh 198. I've been experiencing stomach gurgling and twitching/movement for a few mos. now. It happens even when I am not even hungry. The sensation is similar to when my stomach is growling but without hunger. I have been to the doctors but he just said to take probiotics. Can anyone help?

- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg .

- Regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA help a lot .
- No smoking or alcohol if consuming .

- Intake of proton pump inhibitors do have some role in selected cases .
