I would like to tell you that your only problem seems to be obesity, so you need to reduce your weight as early as possible, because obesity can lead to several chronic and severe disorders like
diabetes,
hypertension, chronic lung disorders, etc.
If you loose your weight and maintain your BMR, then most of your problems will go away. I would also recommend you to go for body check up including
lipid profile, liver profile,
kidney profile, blood sugar, CBC, chest xray and ECG. I would also suggest you to have few life style modifications like take small and frequent meal, avoid oily and junk food, eat green leafy vegetables, fruits and high fiber diet, do regular walking of at least 20 minutes a day, do regular meditations to be
stress free, have a sound sleep of at least 6 to 8 hours, you can take help of gym trainer and dietician, etc.
